Your home club sets the process

Crunch says some clubs support online cancellation under Manage Membership in the member portal. Otherwise, its FAQ directs members to contact their club by phone or in person. Required notice depends on your agreement, and cancellation policies vary by location. Ask for your exact deadline instead of relying on a rule from another Crunch club.

Check commitment and separate subscriptions

Crunch offers different agreement types, so identify your plan before requesting an end date. The FAQ explains that monthly memberships continue until cancellation is requested; simply stopping visits does not end them. Crunch+ is separately managed through its own subscription website, and ending that subscription does not cancel your gym membership.

Make the request specific

We recommend asking your home club for a copy of your agreement if you cannot locate it. In the request, identify the membership and ask for the earliest available end date, remaining charges and written confirmation. If you want to end a digital subscription too, keep a separate record of that action.

  • Match the club on your agreement to the club handling the request.
  • Ask whether an annual fee or minimum term affects the final amount.
  • Save the portal confirmation or staff receipt.
  • If a later charge appears, compare it with the confirmed billing schedule and contact the club.
